The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is the world largest financer of malaria programmes, with approved financing of over US$1 billion for programmes in more than 70 countries.
Over five years, Global Fund-supported grants will provide 143 million treatments of new, effective malaria drugs and distribute 108 million insecticide-impregnated bed nets.
